Francesco has a deep passion for coaching leaders – both individuals and teams – to help them achieve performance excellence, lead change, foster innovation, and achieve their organizational objectives. He started as a professional coach in 2002 and currently partners with C-level executives and leadership teams worldwide across various industries.

In his coaching approach, he leverages his experience in management and business consulting, an international and intercultural perspective, extensive expertise in personal development, and a systemic approach to enable the attainment of enduring and sustainable outcomes.

Francesco is a world-renowned expert in Systemic Coaching. He teaches through the “Academy of Constellations”, which he founded in 2013, and the IFS Institute (USA).

Francesco is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with ICF and a Professional Counselor.

Daniela is an expert in Change Management, supporting companies of various sizes and sectors in achieving their goals. She conducts managerial development and team programs, specializing in career paths and competency assessments through innovative laboratories and assessment centers for middle and top management.

Offering a personalized and empathetic coaching approach, she integrates conversational coaching with systemic coaching to maximize clients’ talents and help them achieve their goals. In team coaching, she successfully applies the Enterprise Agile Transformation methodology to promote collaboration and innovation.

She has also developed the “Sunrise Model,” an innovative personal development framework that integrates emotions, skills, and professional abilities, enabling clients to professionally reinvent themselves and accelerate their success.

Before dedicating herself to independent consulting, Daniela spent 11 years as a Partner at Accenture, leading large Change Management programs for major companies.

After a 20-year high-level management career in marketing and sales, within large multinationals of different industries, Giulia became an executive coach since 2013.
Her goal is to help leaders perform at their best, managing increasingly complex, uncertain and changing contexts with less fatigue and more flexibility and balance.
Her work with clients focuses on: emotional and relational intelligence; effective communication (including public speaking) and influencing skills; team dynamics management; balance and resilience.
She offers individual sessions to high and mid-level managers and supports young leaders with group coaching. As a Team Coach, she works with teams to improve collaboration and results.
She also facilitates multilingual workshops on leadership skills development and is friendly user of new technologies.

Giulia is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with ICF, with over 3,000 hours of individual coaching, 300 hours of team coaching, over 1000 hours of workshop faciliation.

Laura, former Human Resources with twenty years of experience, turned her passion for coaching into a profession in 2022. Specializing in Executive Coaching, she applies diverse methodologies developed in complex corporate settings. Operating across various sectors including Luxury, Healthcare, Consulting, and IT, she facilitates mindset shifts at both individual and organizational levels. Laura primarily focuses on senior figures such as CEOs and C-level executives, supporting them through career transitions and addressing emerging challenges. Her individual coaching programs integrate a results-oriented approach with a profound emphasis on personal essence, characterized by respect, presence, and listening skills. As a team coach, Laura helps groups improve collaboration, performance, and organizational change management. Her extensive experience and refined approach make her a valuable resource for leaders seeking professional and personal growth.

Maura is a Master Certified Coach (ICF),  in its third renewal, with over 8000  hours of coaching, mentoring and supervision.

Driven by a passion for personal development within organizations, Anna offers individual and team coaching, mentoring, facilitation, team building, and training, with a focus on leadership and communication. Fluent in both Italian and English, she supports lasting transformative processes through strategic managerial, communicative, and creative skills.

Her situational style adapts seamlessly to clients’ characteristics, preferences, and goals, ensuring clarity and effectiveness. Anna builds coaching relationships based on honesty, creativity, welcoming, and dynamism, bringing a dynamic energy to each session.

Elsa, a German citizen living in Italy for 25 years, has been a passionate coach since 2012. She works with managers and teams in multinational companies across Europe, helping them improve effectiveness, achieve ambitious goals, and foster a culture of change and inclusion. With her managerial and leadership coaching experience, Elsa understands business complexity and its challenges. She has collaborated with companies in the automotive, consumer, pharmaceutical, finance, food & beverage, IT, luxury, and service sectors. Elsa aims for transformation based on clients’ values and strengths, removing barriers and limiting beliefs to develop self-awareness and new solutions. She has experience as Marketing Manager and Global Head of Marketing Services & Communications in the eyewear industry and co-founded a strategic communication consultancy
