Coaching supervision workshop with Constellations

In this one-day experiential workshop:

• You will experience how Constellations can be used in coaching supervision to gain clarity and new perspectives on complex cases.
• You will have the opportunity to work on your own supervision case in a safe space, guided by an experienced professional and with the support of the group.
• You will develop your coaching skills, making your approach to working with coachees, colleagues, and client organizations more flexible.
• You will learn by observing and participating in the supervision cases of other coaches, expanding your knowledge and understanding of relational dynamics.

The workshop is open to all professional coaches who want to:

• Improve their effectiveness in working with coachees
• Strengthen the ability to build relationships with colleagues and client organizations
• Develop new skills to address complex challenges

No prior knowledge of Constellations is required.

Supervision cases may involve, for example:

• Relationships with coachees (individuals or teams)
• Dynamics with business clients (HRBPs, L&D managers)
• Management of work teams
• Collaboration between colleagues
• Business approach to corporate clients

The workshop is complaint to the ICF guidelines for continuing education and provides you with 6,5 CCEUs (Continuing Coach Education Units), of which 5 are Core Competencies and 1.5 are Resource Development.

The workshop fee is €250.

At the moment, we do not have a fixed schedule for our international workshops delivered in English. Courses are organised when we reach a minimum of six interested participants.

Workshops are held in-person, in the location that is most convenient for the group. If most participants are based in the same country, the course will be delivered in that country.
