Level 2a: Transformation / Milano, Italia / Jan Apr 2024

The participation to the Foundation course is a prerequisite for attending the Transformation course.

Program objectives

The main learning goal is how to use Constellations to support your Clients in recognizing and transforming the limiting behaviours which prevent them from moving towards a higher level of performance, fulfilment or well-being. You will learn how to foster the expression of their authentic personal leadership by helping them resolve inner conflicts, overcome obstacles and move beyond unwanted repetitive behaviours.

Duration

The course consists of five modules: 4 x online webinars (3h each) and 1 x workshop in person (4 days).

ICF approved course

The course follows the ICF guidelines for continuing education and provides you with 40 ICF CCEUs (Continuing Coach Education Units), of which 30 are Core Competencies and 10 are Resource Development.

The investment for the workshop is 2400 € (+22% VAT if applicable). Fee includes lunches and tea breaks (excludes dinners and accommodation).

The payment will be 50% at the registration and 50% by January 10th 2024

The training will be held if there are a minimum of 6 participants registered by January 10th.
